What type of lawyer do i need to for this matter regarding my Mortgage/Homeowners insurance Please read?

I have this problem with my mortgage company. Just a few months ago i was on the verge of losing my house . I was dealing with my mortgage company on my own trying to negotiate w/ them to save my home but had no luck so i enlisted the help of a company to stop forclosure on my house, which they did. I signed a letter giving them temporary power of attorney so they may act on my behalf and get things done. It took alot of work on their end as well as mine and my mortgage company finally agreed and decided to modify my loan. I signed a 3 page modification agreement between my mortgage company and i that i would pay the specified amount and that my homeowners insurance and my property taxes would be my own responsibility aside from my modified loan payment and they would both have to be current and stay that way in order for the contract to stay valid. It was 100% clear to me. But something went wrong i wont go into every single detain but the mediators that helped me save my house called
