Can I get some Real Estate Help?
I bought a home about a year and a half ago. It has a mother in law pad (seperate) and it sits on 3 lots. My Brother in law wants to buy it and fix it up. (it needs tons of work) But I don't know how to seperate it legally, and if I even can, since it's part of my loan, and homeowners insurance? Any help would be appriciated!
