Am in need of dependable attorney to close real estate in volcan, panama if anyone knows any?

i have a property i've put a downpayment on in volcan, panama and after going thru 4 different attorneys, none followed thru on the closing. no idea why. can anyone recommend a dependable one in the chirique province?
